5.  Advertisements for products are to be kept to a minimum.

6.  Posted information shall become the property of NWCOA and cannot be reproduced or used in any manner without the express written permission of NWCOA.

7.  NWCOA reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

8.  NWCOA reserves the right to modify the NWCOA Message Center rules at any time, with or without notice.
